Mom still conception hasn’t occurred, so wait. No specific event in this week as far the matter of fetus is concerned. Simply wait and watch. Expectedly, very shortly the conception will take place and you will be occupying a new life within your womb. What a pleasant experience- isn’t it?
What changes are expected in you, mom?
You are going through the menstrual cycle now... The first day of your menses and your mind is constantly behind the thought of getting pregnant when will I? Am I wrong?
You need a period of 14 days or 2 weeks still to go to allow for the conception to occur.
A normal menstrual cycle is of around 28 days. In this, the ovulation takes place on the 14th day. Let us hope you will conceive; start with good thoughts in your mind develop all healthy habits and start getting a bit more positive one.
Begin your day with healthy start – exercise well, include plenty of fluids in your diet , have a well- balanced diet. Addition of fruits and all green leafy vegetables to your diet will raise up its nutritive value- its good for you, mom.
Quit all those bad habits of smoking, drinks and over use of the over the counter drugs-it’s harming ok.
Why not stick to this--- “a healthy fetus within a healthy mother’s body”.

As a matter of fact, dads wouldn’t even think of it, at this moment, they are quite unaware and just don’t know anything. Dad it’s you who would ask and have a chat with your wife about this – peep into her mind; what she’s thinking and get to know her. She would love hearing from you; she comes to know how nicely you care for her.
