Before we move on to the information and details about each pregnancy week separately lets have a look on the brief introduction of pregnancy – normal pregnancy, its duration, weeks, etc.
Although you might know all these but still I hope you would love getting informed nicely.
To start with….a normal pregnancy period is counted as either 9 months or 280 days or 40 weeks. However the true gestational period is the one that is counted from 2nd week or 14 days after the conception i.e. it would be of 266 days.
So the pregnancy duration can be calculated 14 days from L. M. P. (Last menstrual period) ideally.
So now let’s know how to calculate the E.D.D. (expected date of delivery)?
----E.D.D. (expected date of delivery) can be calculated by adding 7 to the L.M.P. and then counting 9 months from then. E.D.D. = 7 + the first day of L.M.P * 9MONTHS
